First Impression

I have not had a chance to use it yet however the Bivvi bag is great quality. Weight advertised was pretty accurate (on my kitchen scales it was 1.18kg).

First Impressions

Not had a chance to use it yet but having given it the once, twice, thrice over I can see it’s a robust and looks to be durable bit of kit, the problem I have with the issue Bivvi bag is it’s top opening this doesn’t have that problem

Nice feature for securing your sleep mat

All bonuses only downside is the weight…

Needs the sleeping bag!

Probably a brilliant piece of kit but if you want to use it properly, you need a Dutch Army issue sleeping bag which has the corresponding poppers so it fits together and closes securely. If you use a normal sleeping bag, the Velcro fasteners are not really that secure.
