  1. How do I returns my item?
    Returns are free within the UK mainland (NIR not included)
    To obtain a return label if you live on the UK mainland please click the link and follow the instructions (CLICK ME)
    If you are unable to generate a returns label please contact us via email (orders@goarmy.co.uk)
  2. Where is my order?
    You should receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped out by us. If you have not received this tracking number then please check your junk folder. Please note that if your parcel has been sent via royal mail, tracking will only be updated when a delivery attempt has been made. If you have chosen standard delivery please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive. If it has not arrived by this time we suggest to get in contact with the courier. If your parcel has been sent via royal mail then we suggest to check at your local depot. If you are still not able to locate the parcel after this then please get in contact with us.
    Please note that some items are ordered on pre-order and will be clearly marked with a delivery time next to the product. 
  3. Why have I been refunded?
    Occasionally stock levels may go wrong and we are unable to fulfil your order. In such cases we will refund you immediately and you will receive an email notification from ourselves. 
  4. Why have I not received all of my order?
    Some items we sell as pre-order. These items are clearly marked with delivery message next to the add to cart button. If you have ordered such an item it will be sent out separately to you within the specified delivery time window.
