If you buy any of our army surplus products then all the packaging will be plastic free. With army surplus you minimise the environmental impact of producing new clothes and reduce plastic waste.
With our new items there may be plastic packing which comes from the supplier themselves.
Although we are not totally plastic free (but pretty close) our goal is to reduce our plastic waste as much as possible and will continue to do so going into the future.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES FROM UK MAINLAND
To obtain a return label if you live on the UK mainland please CLICK HERE. If you are unable to generate a returns label please email us at orders@goarmy.co.uk. Please check your spam folder for replies from us.
If returning an item for a refund we charge £3 for the return label which is taken from the refund amount.
If you want to exchange your order please send the item/items back for a refund and make a new order for the items you would like
We accept returns / exchanges from 30 days of the order date. Items must be in original condition to be accepted for returns. A refund is given within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item.
International order must arrange thier own return postage which is non-refundable.
Awesome bivvy perfect for what I need … Great company great service I will be using again
Never having owned a bivvy, I wasn't sure what to expect. Something heavy and more plastic/rubber feeling (not sure why) this is not that. Light, super easy to fold small and feels like jacket material. I left water pooled on it as I wasn't convinced it was waterproof (newbie) and a couple hours later it was still there, pooled. I am so excited to take this out. Condition is top notch, and for the obvious quality the price is fantasy. Thank you goarmy

This Bivvy Bag is a quality, well made item, (as you would expect if used by the Armed Forces). It is, let me say, generous in size, (I am not a small person) and is in excellent condition.
It is now a "must have" item when I go motorcycle camping and having used it in the recent torrential downpours we have been having has performed perfectly keeping me and my sleeping bag warm and dry.
This was under a Tarp, not in a tent. I would thoroughly recommend this product.
Received promptly has always. Very tidy addition to my camp gear. Quality item!
