    If you buy any of our army surplus products then all the packaging will be plastic free. With army surplus you minimise the environmental impact of producing new clothes and reduce plastic waste. 

    With our new items there may be plastic packing which comes from the supplier themselves. 

    Although we are not totally plastic free (but pretty close) our goal is to reduce our plastic waste as much as possible and will continue to do so going into the future.

    RETURNS / EXCHANGES FROM UK MAINLAND 

    To obtain a return label if you live on the UK mainland please CLICK HERE. If you are unable to generate a returns label please email us at orders@goarmy.co.uk. Please check your spam folder for replies from us. 

    If returning an item for a refund we charge £3 for the return label which is taken from the refund amount. 

    If you want to exchange your order please send the item/items back for a refund and make a new order for the items you would like

    We accept returns / exchanges from 30 days of the order date. Items must be in original condition to be accepted for returns. A refund is given within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item. 

    International order must arrange thier own return postage which is non-refundable.

    Faulty boots

    I received a replacement pair of Size 8 Czech army boots for the initial pairs whose sole split after one wearing and to my dismay the soles on both of the replacement boots began to split after only being worn once

    Soles came off

    Wore boots to work for the first time today. After a 2 mile walk to work the left sole was hanging off and dropping particles of black plastic. After a 2 mile walk home the left sole was hanging on by approx 1 inch of glue and the right heel has started to hang. 1 day. A 2mile walk, a 9 hour office shift and another 2 mile walk. If this is what the Czech Army is using a would fear for their feet.
