Plus, the outer shell is made from ripstop nylon for extra durability, and the insulation is made from Hi-Tec to retain body warmth. The Medium weight and lightweight compression sacks are sold separately due to the limited availability of the compression sacks. You can buy these from our website when they are available.

If you buy any of our army surplus products then all the packaging will be plastic free. With army surplus you minimise the environmental impact of producing new clothes and reduce plastic waste.
With our new items there may be plastic packing which comes from the supplier themselves.
Although we are not totally plastic free (but pretty close) our goal is to reduce our plastic waste as much as possible and will continue to do so going into the future.

If returning an item for a refund we charge £3 for the return label which is taken from the refund amount.
If you want to exchange your order please send the item/items back for a refund and make a new order for the items you would like
We accept returns / exchanges from 30 days of the order date. Items must be in original condition to be accepted for returns. A refund is given within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item.
International order must arrange thier own return postage which is non-refundable.
A great bit of kit and at a fantastic price, delivered promptly too. Will hopefully provide many years of reliable use.
My stars here go for customer service as well as the product I finally received. I ordered the Modular sleep system and, to be honest, both bags were clearly USED! To be specific, the lightweight bag had some frayed stitching etc but could be passable as grade 1, so not too bad. However, the medium weight bag had a small rip/hole, the panel which covers the zip had ripped away (causing the hole I think), and I reckon the bag had been washed a 100 times...
That said, I emailed Go Army explaining the issues, and they were great. Without hesitation, they gave me a free replacement medium bag which also came really quickly. I haven`t seen it with my own eyes yet as I live in Japan and we agreed it could be sent to my parents` house in the UK for me to collect at Christmas, but I`ve seen it on video chat and it appears to be in SuperGrade/Unused condition. They even let me keep the first one, which I`ve repaired and will keep as a spare, or donate it to someone who needs it more than me. I`m really happy with the way GoArmy responded in this instance.
Arrived Quickly. Well Packaged. All the components of the Sleep System were like new. Absolutely nothing wrong with any part. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the seller, and the Sleep System. Great bit of kit! 5☆ 10/10
