Internal dimensions of the boot enable a Sealskinz® type sock to be worn in extreme cold weather situations. Manufactured in Anfibio, water repellent leather, the boots pass the SATRA dynamic water resistance test. You can trust your feet to stay dry and comfortable in any condition.
Sizing:
We have found these boots tend to fit a little snug. We therefore suggest that if you are in-between sizes or not really sure then go for a size up from your normal size.
Please note these items could have been worn/used by serving personnel and may have small imperfections. We would not recommend these boots for use on building sites, as the chemicals in cement can damage the soles.

If you buy any of our army surplus products then all the packaging will be plastic free. With army surplus you minimise the environmental impact of producing new clothes and reduce plastic waste.
With our new items there may be plastic packing which comes from the supplier themselves.
Although we are not totally plastic free (but pretty close) our goal is to reduce our plastic waste as much as possible and will continue to do so going into the future.

If returning an item for a refund we charge £3 for the return label which is taken from the refund amount.
If you want to exchange your order please send the item/items back for a refund and make a new order for the items you would like
We accept returns / exchanges from 30 days of the order date. Items must be in original condition to be accepted for returns. A refund is given within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item.
International order must arrange thier own return postage which is non-refundable.

Good quality boots, really comfortable and soles are great
This is my second pair of Altberg boots and my first ex army resoled ones..... The brand are topnotch and these resoled boots are excellent..... Though scuffed and worn they are still very functional.... Have been using them for nearly 6 months... Dog walking, day hikes, over tracks, trails, woodland, and up mountains etc.... Very comfy and versatile despite the high collar.... I expect to keep clocking up the miles over the years ahead.... Thanks they're a pleasure to wear and despite wet days hikes they've never leaked... A quality product again from both Altberg and GOARMY 👍😁
Exactly what I ordered and bang on - the new soles makes them an even better boot
The boots themselves are very comfortable and the new soles appear to be solidly attached. I probably could have got away with my normal size rather than 1 size up, but then these are blokes boots as they didn't have any women's in at the time. Means I have good space though and can wear my thicker socks but does mean I probably have too much space. I did consider sending back for the smaller size but this was more hassle than just adding in another pair of socks.
Changed the insoles are they were not comfortable at all and this has made a big difference for me. Received the boots swiftly and overall very happy. Thanks :)
