Please note that when searching for your order on the returns portal you must leave a space in your postcode otherwise the system will not be able to find your order. For example:

6 digit postcodes format: G41 1LU
7 digit postcode format: G412 1LU

You can return products to us for a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving a product. The initial delivery charges are non-refundable. The Product must be returned to us undamaged, unwashed and unaltered. 

How to Return
If you would like to use one of our returns labels to return your item you can get this from our returns portal on our website. We charge £2 for returns labels which is deducted from your final refund amount. Once you have a label please print it off and stick to your returning parcel. Please then take your parcel to your nearest Evri drop off point. To locate your nearest drop off point please visit the Evri website. Please ensure you include this return form in the parcel. If you are unable to generate a returns label please contact us via email (orders@goarmy.co.uk).

If you are outside the UK then return postage must be organised by yourself and is non-refundable.

If you would like the product in a different size or colour please send your current item back for a refund and place another order for the new size / colour.
