How To Measure
- Measure your foot length by placing a ruler flat on the floor straight alongside the inside of your foot from your heel to your toes.
- Place an object with a flat edge straight across your toes with the edge touching the tip of your longest toe. Take the measurement (in millimeters) from the ruler where the flat edge crosses (see image above). This is your foot length measurement.

If you want to return an item please contact us via email at orders@goarmy.co.uk. We will then send you a return label to print off and attach to parcel. The parcel must then be taken to your local My Hermes collection point.
We accept returns from 30 days of the order date. Items must be in original condition to be accepted for returns. A refund is given within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item.
International order must arrange thier own return postage which is non-refundable.
